Our website and your privacy

Your privacy is vital to us and very important indeed. We always make sure that we take every single measure we possibly can to ensure that any piece of information you share with us at any time is properly secured and unavailable to any other person or company. It will never be shared at any point. We would advise you to continue reading this privacy policy, because it describes what we do to ensure that your information is secure and safe at all times.

Your personal information

You may find that some parts of our website – either now or in the future – ask you to type in one or more parts of your personal details to be able to get into those areas. If this should happen and you wish to go ahead, the information you enter will only be what is absolutely required and nothing more. We shall not give anything you tell us to any third party, and we shall not abuse our knowledge of this information. It does not matter where you may reside, or what details you are asked to enter at that time.

How we use the information you share with us

Your personal security and information is very important to us. Nothing we do will put your information in any jeopardy at any point. We shall never make use of your information in any way unless you have already told us that we may do so. A common example of this is using your email address to send you emails from time to time. If you do decide to receive such emails we will only send them for as long as you decide to receive them. Should you change your mind, you are not required to give us any period of notice. As soon as you ask us to refrain from sending them, we shall do so.

Your information and security issues surrounding it

Any and all measures possible in the way of security shall be – and are – taken to safeguard your information. We make a point of installing the top software and systems so that we may be able to protect your information and data at all times. No hackers should be able to penetrate our systems, because we always check the quality of the software we use, and update it whenever more advanced systems become available. If you entrust us with any of your details, they will all remain safe and secure.

Children and their right to privacy

We have not created this website with children in mind. As such we have never asked any children for their personal details, and we never intend to do so at any point in the future. This website is purely designed for adults.

Do you need to change any part of your information?

If any of your personal information becomes out of date for any reason, we can make sure that it is changed with us too. What you need to do is to contact us, either by email or by telephoning us on our direct line. We will then make the appropriate changes and confirm them with you. The only exception would be your log in information for a specific part of the site, if this exists. You should always endeavour to keep such details private and personal to yourself.

What to do when you need to contact us

You are always most welcome to get in touch with us for any reason at any time. If you should have any issue or problem with using the site, we will try to resolve that problem as quickly as we can. You should either contact us via a telephone call, or via email if you prefer. No matter which way you get in touch, we shall get back to you and solve the problem or answer your query as quickly as we can.
